I'm Paula. Before I worked with coaches, I spent decades as an Organisation Development Director — designing programs that had to deliver real outcomes for hundreds of people, measurably, every time.
Now I bring that same rigour into 1:1 work with coaches who are designing programs, scaling their businesses, or working through the structural decisions that matter. If you've already worked with clients and you're at the point where you need senior input — not generic coaching — this page is for you.
