ABOUT PAULA

Who's behind this..

I'm Paula — and before I worked with coaches, I spent more than a decade as an Organisation Development Director.
My job was to take insight and change and turn it into something structured, repeatable, and effective — programs that worked for hundreds of people, measurably, every time.
Most program-design courses are taught by coaches who learned program design recently.
I learned it in a corporate context where the work had to actually deliver — to real people, with real outcomes, that could be defended in a boardroom.
When I moved into the coaching space, I noticed how many brilliant coaches were stuck. Not because they didn't know their craft — they did. They were stuck because nobody had ever shown them how to structure what they already do into something they could sell to many people without losing the magic of what makes it work.
That's what Design Accelerator does. It takes the experience you already have and gives it a shape — clear, intentional, and designed to scale.

FAQs

Questions you might have

How much time will I need each week?

Plan for around 3–4 hours a week — roughly one hour for the lesson and workbook, one hour for the live coaching session, and an hour or two designing your own program. This is for your MVP and one fully designed module on average.

What if I've never designed a program before?

That's exactly who this is built for. The 6-step method assumes you're starting from "I have an idea but no structure" and walks you through every decision. You don't need any prior program-design knowledge.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and posted in the community within 30 minutes of closing. You’ll also have the workbook and templates to keep moving. Sessions run weekly throughout your community access window, so if you miss one, you can drop into the next.

How long do I have access?

Founder Cohort: 2 years’ access to the full curriculum, lessons, recordings, workbooks and guides — plus 6 months in the community on Zenler with weekly live group coaching. Founders members keep their access at no extra cost when the program updates, and the Founders rate is locked for life on re-enrolment.

Is this for coaches in any niche?

Yes. The method works across niches — life coaching, career coaching, health coaching, leadership coaching, business coaching. The 6 steps are the same; what changes is what you put inside them.

What's the difference between the free webinar and the full program?

The webinar gives you the idea and the foundation — enough to know if program design is the right next move for you. The full program is where you actually build it: every step, every decision, with coaching support and a deadline.

Will I have a finished program by the end?

Not 100%. By the end of week 8 (Step 1-5), you'll have a designed thtop level program and the detailed design of Module 1 ideally. You will also have drafted your launch plan to fill it (Step 6). Whether you've sold your first place during the program depends on your timing — but the program will be ready.

What if it's not right for me?

If after the first two weeks you've engaged with the work and decided it isn't a fit, message me directly and I'll refund you in full. I'd rather you spend the money on something that fits than stay in something that doesn't.
